PLDC provides customized programs in the area of leadership development, organizational improvement and team development.
We believe in creating Total Leaders who are balanced in all four areas of life – work, home, community and self. We work closely with clients to help them identify their own strengths and weaknesses and empower them with the tools to create life-changing improvements. All of our programs are designed for how adults learn best. We incorporate Socratic questioning, simulations, collaboration and practice. Many of our programs are available in a blended-learning format that include face-to-face and virtual experiences.
PLDC’s professional development programs provide individuals with a proven leadership framework that defines what it means to be a Total Leader. A Total Leader creates a compelling purpose and empowers others succeed. Life-balance is achieved by nurturing personal and organizational beliefs and values.
PLDC’s organizational improvement process centers on studying its people, language and systems. An organization’s success depends upon the energy and commitment of its people, the unity of purpose determined by words and action (language), and the development and use of effective and evident systems.
PLDC works with you to develop customized retreats, and/or a series of seminars to clarify a vision, establish goals and unify your team. Guided by the concept of “Results by Design,” team goals are carefully developed and monitored to support the vision and purpose of the organization.
We offer Pennsylvania Department of Education PIL-Approved Programs that count toward continuing education credits. All of our programs are designed using the most current and proven methods for effective adult learning that keep participants engaged and promotes knowledge retention. In addition to our core programs, we can work with you to create a completely customized program to meet your organization’s unique objectives.
