One of the most effective methods for leadership teams to advance the concept of a learning organization and build team cohesiveness is by participating in a group PIL program for Act 48 credits. PLDC offers a wide variety of PIL credits for school leaders. Programs can be customized to meet the team goals and time constraints best. A highly qualified, experienced leader facilitates each 40 credit hour program.
